LOSE WEIGHT 5 EASY STEPS FOLLOW THEM TO LOSE WEIGHT NOW

Have you ever had trouble losing weight? I did and this is what i did!
LO

1. Always drink water and green tea, this is simple if someone bring you soda or some type of high sugar product tell them you are on a diet and tell them to take it back, even sports drinks are bad as well, people don't think that sport drinks are bad for you but some are loaded in calories and sugar. STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR if you are really hungry go for fruits/low calorie fiber bars.

2. What you normally eat now just cut it in half, this simple trick worked for me and it helps save money as well!

3.Refrain from eating out, you are more tempted to buy something that you crave for when you eat out. Just remember that and you will lose weight fast.

4.Search on YouTube for easy 20 minute workouts that burns fat and calories, when your weighing yourself refrain from doing it daily just once a week. My day is Saturday in the morning

5. Final step is repeat 1-4...and see the success. i have lost about 4-5 pounds weekly for about 6 weeks.

I will be ready for this summer to go to the beach and not be embarrassed!
